From its start, the Bible tells us is that God is a creator: “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth” (Gen. 1:1). When God speaks, things that weren't there before come into being, beginning with the universe itself. Creation is the sole, supernatural act of God. Not an accident, a mistake, or a product of an inferior deity, creation is the grand result of Father God's self-expression.
Genesis records that a personal, all-knowing, all-powerful God created everything that existed. The Bible emphasizes in Jeremiah 10:16 that the Lord is the Creator of all things. Today, his creation is amazing to all of us who were created in his image.
