How Special Was the ISOL Pastor’s Conference
Down South in Ensenada!

The audience of approximately 60 people are inspied by the speakers.

Marti and Dale joined seven other International School of Leadership (ISOL) leaders and had a wonderful time, south of the border, ministering to 30 or more pastors and their wives on January 18 and 19. This was Dale’s third annual trip.
Because many pastor families were young and brought their children, childcare was a necessity. Enter; Abigail. (See Abby actively in childcare mode in these two photos.)
To know exactly what these pastors needed and what topics the team members should present to them, Marti and Dale previously visited Pastor Abraham Valdez Leon, who ministers to these pastors and their families. Based on appropriate topics he suggested, the Fishers shaped their team presentations to meet four specific needs.
One or two ISOL team members presented a series of four one-hour messages, followed by one-hour small-group discussions that a team member facilitated. Action shots of the presentations and discussions are shown below.
Because a few pastors had come from drug and alcohol backgrounds, the team felt it exciting to see men and women open up and share from their heart what was going on in their lives and see how God could personally minister to these needs.

This conference served the Lord fully  Here are a few closing comments received from pastors or wives:

"This is just what we needed!" ". . . I've been living as an orphan."

"This is really good material. We didn't know some of these things before."

Check out a few action shots of Dale, presenting his "The Foundation; Your Identity and Freedom in Christ" message. See if you choose the correct "foundation on which to build your life."
And here are two of Dale's scripture-based handouts (in PDF form):  "My Father's Shirt" true story; "Orphans vs. Sons" scriptural comparison
