Although the AWANA Clubs season has ended, there are many events and activities coming up before next season begins.

If you're one of this season's clubbers who's qualified to attend AWANA scholarship camp this June, congratulations! You're in for an awesome week of nonstop fun, new friends, verse memorization, games, music, swimming, verse memorization, rock-wall climbing, boating, scavenger hunts, verse memorization, races, ice cream sundaes, arts and crafts, and lots more. Did we mention verse memorization? Be ready for an inspiring week of spiritual enlightenment like no other. And remember to pack your camera along with the bug spray, sandals, and your Bible.

If you're not going to scholarship camp this June, Vacation Bible School Iconconsider keeping your Christian mind and heart alert by seeing what the Chapel's vacation Bible school has to offer — the theme is SonTreasure this year. Whether you'll be a student or an adult leader, vacation Bible school can be a great way to spend a few days this summer, from June 12 to 16, before AWANA Clubs resumes in September. Contact the vacation Bible school coordinator, _____ _____, at ___-___-____.

If vacation Bible school isn't for you, visit these AWANA Clubs pages often and click the News & Announcements link for the latest about upcoming events and activities. And of course, keep your Christian heart and mind alert by attending Chapel in the Pines worship services on Sunday mornings, at 9 or 11 a.m.

Reminder:  The psalmist gives you two easy reminders of why you want to go to church. If you're a Truth & Training girl or boy, you'll see these two verses in Discovery 3, Section 3 of your blue handbook (Handbook #2).

Psalm 95:6   Come, let us bow down in worship, let us kneel before the Lord our Maker.

Psalm 100:2   Worship the Lord with gladness; come before Him with joyful songs.
